Intervention in a Public Space

For this project my partner and I decided to pass out 96 balloons in the downtown Youngstown area. Throughout this experience we were invited by a local restaraunt owner to pass balloons out to his linch customers. We were also on the Louie Free radio show. It only took us an hour to give away 96 balloons and we made alot of people smile. One woman was so happy to see us with the balloons because she was having a bad day. I had alot of fun and really enjoyed interacting with strangers for a short period of time. I am looking forward to continuing this project.

Criticize

Everyone is criticized at one point or another, so i thought I would ask people what was the one word they heard the most about themselves. These are the color images but I changed them to grayscale and printed with paper negatives.
